I have been using a very similar recipe for years. I use it with fresh fish like grouper or snapper. I also love to fix crab shooters with mango salsa for appetizers. Everyone loves them. This is a great recipe.
This is one of my favorite salsas, but I use 1/2 cucumber instead of bell pepper, I like it much better!

Have to admit this was a first for me. I was at a farmer’s market and bought 3. We loved it. Served on a pork roast oh so good. Used 2 jalapeños because we like a little more kick. This is most definitely on the make again list. 5 stars
