What to Pack for a Disney World & Disney Cruise Vacation

One of the best trips we’ve ever done is Disney World & Disney Cruise combo. It is a vacation unlike any other as it offers high energy fun and relaxing opportunities as well. The key to Disney World is comfort and being prepared for anything. Here are our top tips on how to pack for Disney World & Disney Cruise:

What to Pack for a Disney World & Disney Cruise Vacation

What to Pack for Disney World

– Dress in layers no matter what the weather is like. You’ll be doing a lot of walking and you want to be comfortable.

– Pack an extra pair of clothes, just in case. You never know when you or your kids might need a change of clothes. Traveling with a toddler/preschooler? You’ll appreciate this post for just that!

– Don’t forget the sunscreen! Disney World is very sunny and you’ll want to protect yourself from the sun.

– Bring a bag for all your snacks and drinks. Disney World is expensive, so it’s best to bring your own food and drinks.

One of the ways we have saved money in the past is to bring souvenirs with us before going to the parks! (You can even make this even more magical by saying the Disney fairies brought it for them!)

Want the magic and the credit? Let them know that they get to pick out one (or however many you decide) special souvenir, but they need to make sure it is the one! Good behavior in lines is a great motivator.

Disney World is a great place to vacation, but the weather can be unpredictable. You will want to pack clothes that can keep you cool and comfortable in the summer heat, while also being able to handle possible rain showers. A few versatile pieces of clothing will help you save space in your luggage, and you can always dress up or down depending on the activity. Disney World is also a great place to bring along some fun Disney-themed clothes and accessories to show your Disney spirit!

When packing for Disney World, it is important to keep in mind the different types of activities you will be doing. You will want to have comfortable clothes for walking around the parks, but also clothes that can get wet if you go on any of the water rides. Disney World is also home to some great restaurants, so you may want to pack a nice outfit in case you want to go out to eat. And of course, don’t forget to pack your swimsuit if you want to take a dip in the pool!

Here are a few packing hacks that will help you make the most of your Disney World trip:

– Pack light: Disney World is a big place and you will be doing a lot of walking. You don’t want to be weighed down by a heavy suitcase, so pack light! Bring only the essentials and leave anything that you can live without at home.

– Disney World is the perfect place to show off your Disney spirit! Bring along some Disney-themed clothes, accessories, and even snacks to enjoy during your trip. Here are some of my favorite:

– Be prepared for all weather: The weather in Disney World can be unpredictable. Be sure to pack clothing that can keep you cool in the summer heat, but also clothes that can handle a possible rain shower.

– Use packing cubes: Packing cubes are a great way to organize your luggage and save space. They are especially helpful when packing for a family, as you can separate everyone’s clothes into different cubes.
