Meet Melissa

Hello there! My name is Melissa. I am a stay-at-home mom to three wonderful kids:

witty, tenderhearted Jordan (5);

 

mischievous, cuddly Sam (3);

 

and serious, mama’s girl Hannah (8 months).

I spend most of my day cleaning the house, doing laundry and chasing the kiddos around. They keep me pretty busy. We love having dance parties, going on walks, and doing “activities” – (what Jordan calls fun things I find on Pinterest).

I have been married to Benji for 6 years. He is the funniest person I know. It’s fun to be married to someone that makes you laugh so hard (plus, it’s great for the abs). We met at Utah State University and after a year of dating he moved to California for dental school. Shortly after he moved he decided he couldn’t live without me and proposed. I personally think he got sick of eating hot dogs with cheese in the middle and needed me.  He purchased a dental practice about a year ago and we have been completely stressed out enjoyed this new adventure.

 

I love football, yard sale shopping, party planning, cooking, reading, hiking, and blogging. Mostly I love being with my family and friends and hope to make many new friends here!
