Cauliflower Fried Rice ?
Servings: 6
Instructions
- Cook Protein first (i.e. Chicken or sprouted tofu)
- Sauté vegetables in large pan, add some soy sauce but go easy
- Prepare 24 oz Cauliflower Rice according to the package
- Add rice and protein to pan and push to the side to cook egg whites
- Add more soy sauce, stir together and enjoy!
