Ingredients:
1 homemade pizza crust or 1 (12-inch) pre-baked crust
1 cup BBQ sauce (try this homemade BBQ sauce!)
1 cooked boneless, skinless, chicken breast; cut into bite sized pieces
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup red bell pepper; thinly sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper; thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion; thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Roll out pizza crust on a lightly floured surface and then transfer to a large baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread 1 cup BBQ sauce on the crust. Top with chicken, red and green bell peppers, onion, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
