Cauliflower Fried Rice 🍚

Ingredients
  • Serves 6-8, Total Time 20 minutes
  • Chicken or tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 4 green onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas & carrots
  • 3-4 egg whites
  • 24 oz Cauliflower Rice
  • Optional a few 🥓 bacon
Instructions
  1. Cook Protein first (i.e. Chicken or sprouted tofu)
  2. Sauté vegetables in large pan, add some soy sauce but go easy
  3. Prepare 24 oz Cauliflower Rice according to the package
  4. Add rice and protein to pan and push to the side to cook egg whites
  5. Add more soy sauce, stir together and enjoy!
