Have you ever wanted to know ways to make money as a stay at home Mom? Before I had children I decided to gain an education to be a teacher so that if I was in a situation that I needed to work outside of the home while my children were growing up I could be “off” while they were home for the most part. My mother was a teacher and she really enjoyed it, but even as a teacher your hours do not end when the bell rings and she had many hours of work left to do. I went into the field of Family Consumer Sciences Education so I could cover the topics of finance, family relationships, interior design, nutrition, and child development. I loved all of those topics and knew I would find satisfaction in sharing those lessons with others. Fast forward 10 years and I am lucky enough to be able to share my knowledge through this blog and the internet. Blogging has provided a way for me to supplement our family income which has been a great way for me to have a creative outlet as well as contribute a little bit to our financial stability…. or maybe just enough to go shopping for me once in a while without feeling guilty and add a little extra to our savings account. 🙂
Along the way I have found other ways that can help you to supplement your income and there are some really fun ones! Whether you want to add a little extra income for fun or turn your efforts into a full time income there are quite a few options available that you may not be aware of!
