Pumpkin Party Favors

It’s finally fall! Create this adorable pumpkin party favors for your next fall celebration. This could be used at a Halloween party, Thanksgiving party, or even a friendly neighbor gift.

Back to school night has happened and already we are talking Halloween parties and figuring out who is doing crafts and who is doing the silly treats for the kids to enjoy.

These are super cute, super easy and super versatile! Pumpkin Treat Bags can be passed out to trick-or-treaters, used as prizes for Halloween contests or placed around the house as fall décor. If you are looking for the sugar rush, go with the orange candy…if the kiddo’s have already had their fill of sweets, opt for the Lego’s. Both are adorable crowd-pleasers!

Keep in mind that it is a good idea to ask if there are any peanut allergies in your classroom, as this is a concern and one that should be taken seriously. If you want to buy colored legos in bulk you can find them here. You can also find these sweet, chewy orange balls in bulk!

Supplies:

• Small sandwich bags (with the foldable top, not ziplock)
• Orange Legos OR any orange candy (I use peanut M&M’s)
• Green construction paper
• Jute twine
• Single hole punch (or sharpened pencil)  

~ Fill a sandwich bag with orange Lego’s or orange candy to the desired pumpkin size. If you want to make the treat a healthy one, you could even use clementine oranges to make a sweet, organic treat.

~ Twist the top of the bag

~ Wrap jute twine around the top several times

~ Cut a leaf out green construction paper, make a hole in the “stem”

~ Thread jute twine through hole in the leaf and tie a knot. BOO!
