I realize this is a little late for the 4th of July celebration, but my kids have become obsessed with fireworks since watching a spectacular firework show last week and I had to come up with something to keep them happy (they were wanting a firework show every night!). We made firework stamps out of pom poms and pipe cleaners. Save this idea for next year or make fireworks all year round!
First cut 3 pipe cleaners in half and then twist the pieces around each other to form firework shapes.
Dip in paint and then press on your paper.
We also used pom poms and star stickers to add to our firework display.
Have wipes handy, this gets messy.
Let your fireworks dry and show off your work on your fridge (pig magnet optional).
Have fun!
