How on earth do you cut these without the chocolate breaking into pieces and the filling squishing out? I took them out of the fridge for an hour or so and tried scoring the chocolate with a knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry. They look horrible. Yours look perfect.
Try allowing them to cool longer to harden up the chocolate. My chocolate is quite hard when I cut it, its also possible my fridge is set to a cooler temperature. You could experiment with cooling it in your freezer instead.
