If you’re a parent of young kids you know to never throw away big boxes. Boxes provide so much entertainment for kids, they can become castles, houses, space ships, and yesterday ours became a coloring book.

I set my daughter in the box with a bunch of crayons and markers and let her go crazy. She LOVED it! It was one of the easiest activities I’ve provided for her and the one with the fastest clean up. If you don’t have huge boxes sitting around (I only had this one because we bought a new car seat) you can get big shipment boxes from many retail stores. Just call and ask.
