Ingredients

  • 1 box Seriously Fudgy Brownie Mix
  • cup water
  • 9 oz milk chocolate melting wafers Ghiradelli is best
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Make the brownies according to package instructions and let them cool for at least 20 minutes once they come out of the oven.
  • Remove the brownie edges (and save for snacking later or leave them in for some added texture).
  • Crumble the remaining brownie and use an ice cream scoop to scoop uniform balls, rounding them out with your hands.
  • Place the brownie balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper and insert a stick into each. Let chill for 30 minutes or until cooled and set.
  • Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl or a mug for 15-second intervals, stirring between intervals until smooth.
  • Dip the brownie pop into the melted chocolate to cover the brownie. Pulling it out of the chocolate, gently spin the pop to evenly coat the brownie and to remove any excess chocolate.
  • Before the chocolate sets, add the walnuts if desired. Let the chocolate set and enjoy your Valentine’s Day goodies with your Valentine.
