– 4 eggs– 1/2 C melted butter– 1/2 C heavy whipping cream– 1 T vanilla extract– 1 T lemon juice– 2 C almond flour If you would like to use coconut flour the ratio is 1/4 C coconut flour to 1 cup almond flour– 3 T rounded stevia– 1 tsp rounded baking powder– 1/2 C blueberries, raspberries or strawberries
