Sweet & Salty Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Clean and clean dry pumpkin seeds
- Stir together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Add Pumpkin seeds.
- Spread seeds on a cookie sheet, single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes. You want them golden and crisp, check on them every 5-7 minutes to toss them and check on the color.
