Quick Dinner Solution for a Busy Night

A Quick dinner solution is a must when things get busy! The craziness of school, homework, sports, and activities have taken their hold on our evenings and although my oldest is only seven I can see how it will get harder and harder for us to sit around the table and eat a meal together. I am going to be sharing some of my new tips for family meal planning soon, but I have found that I have to plan for the busy nights as well. I know that two nights of the week we are slammed with extra night “stuff” right in the middle of the evening when we would usually be sitting down to eat. I have to plan for these nights with a quick solution so I don’t make another quick run for a pizza. We had some fun putting together this video to show you how easily you can prep this meal yourself and be out the door in no time.

I have recently been introduced to Campbell’s new products Ready Meals that they have made in partnership with brands we know and love like Prego and Pace! Each package is made to be a single serve size and all that is required is a quick zip in the microwave for 60 seconds. If you are in a hurry to get out the door you can even use the packaging as a bowl! This is something I wouldn’t dare do with my little kids but a teenager could manage! What I love about the new ready meals is that it is a protein source that you can easily add a quick side dish of fruits/vegetables to round out your meal in a hurry.
