I thought the concept of this book was a lot of fun. I love diving into the story of “what happened after” which is a theme that I have loved to follow in “Once Upon a Time” and Shrek. This story dives into the concept of the villians wishing for a different outcome of always having to be the bad guy.
It is has clever language that includes humor for the younger reader or that the parent will get a kick out of with the play on words. I love reading with my children and my son was really excited to make predictions as to what would happen to Santa Claus throughout this book.
A beautiful message of the truth that there is good in all of us and what Christmas is all about. This is definitely a book you get cozy with through the cold nights of December.
