Edwin the Duck is a fun, new interactive toy for children ages 0+ and entertained all three of my kids ages 2, 5, and 7! I love the opportunity we have to test out new products to share with you that are unique and educational. I am going to share with you five things I love about this toy.

It entertains a range of ages and can “grow” with your child.
I have been really surprised by how much this duck has appealed to all three of my children. My oldest was able to understand the directions of moving the duck as you play the games and he would shout out the commands to my daughter as he navigated the game. They were both a fit of giggles in no time. The duck is actually a part of the game as you have to jiggle the duck up and down to help him fly, hit his side to help him put his clothes away, or move him around to clean him in the bath.
My youngest mostly loves to look at it and giggle at this point as he seems to be sizing it up as he watches his older siblings play with it.
2. Edwin the Duck pairs with two free apps made specifically for the toy.
You can choose from a play/educational interactive mode or sleep time/lullaby app. You can choose from songs, stories, games, or lullabies depending on what you would like to use the duck for.
3. Older siblings can play with younger siblings to help them learn both mentally and with their small/large motor skills.
4. Bath time toys get a face lift
Edwin is waterproof for tub and pool time and can also stream music through BLUETOOTH® wireless technology. He truly is no ordinary duck.
I would say this was for sure Jett’s favorite part of the toy. He was having so much fun listening to the duck sing in the duck and loved hearing him quack. There is actually a bath time song that engages your child with the toy as they wash and get clean in the tub. A major bonus is that this duck has no openings and will not fill up with nasty goo like most bath toys. Ha!
5. Going to bed is a sweet event
With a number of different “sleep settings” your child can listen to nature sounds, lullabies, or a heartbeat as he/she falls asleep. My children have already decided that they will be taking turns as they each want a chance to sleep with the duck and the glow of the little duck is pretty soothing. I love that the app comes with a timer so you can save battery life once your child has fallen asleep. This duck will travel well and comes with a rechargeable docking station.
