This French Chocolate Mousse recipe is amazing and will wow any crowd! It takes extra time because it is the REAL deal, but it was so worth it! French Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 20 g sugar
- 30 g butter
- 160 g dark chocolate
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g sour cream
Instructions
- Separate egg from whites (4 eggs)
- Beat whites with 50g Powdered Sugar
- Separate bowl whisk eggs with 20 grams sugar
- Melt 30 grams butter with 160 grams chocolate medium low
- Mix yolks and chocolate
- add sour cream
- carefully fold in whites to chocolate
- refrigerate 5 hours minimum in containers
