This recipe may take you back to your college days, but I found it to be amazing! I wish I knew these tricks to spruce up traditional ramen noodles. This originally aired on my cooking show, Horlacher & Walker.
- Ramen Noodles (Mama brand if you can find it)
- 2-3 cups of water
- Veggies (bok choy, onion, carrot, green onion or similar)
- 1 egg
