Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice fresh
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple frozen works too
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Rim the glasses by cutting a lime edge and moisten the rim with the juice of the lime. Then place the glass down-side into sugar, salt or any granulated sweetener.
  • Pour the mocktail into two glasses. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  1. I chose to use coconut water due to its hydrating properties, but using filtered water is okay.
  2. Decore the glasses with lime slices, pineapple slices or mint leaves to get a fancy mocktail.
  3. Add 4 oz of rum to enjoy a daiquiri or tequila if you prefer margaritas.
