- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar Substitute xylitol, erythritol
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until dough starts to form.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat large surface.
Knead the dough mixture and flatten a bit with your hand.
Place another piece of parchment paper over the top of the dough and roll out about athird of an inch and no less than a fourth of an inch. Brush with olive oil if desired and bake for 10 minutes on the prepared baking sheet, oruntil lightly golden brown. Top with desired toppings and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has fullymelted. Makes 2 10-inch pizzas
