  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter I love the Great Value no Stir Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • .5 Cup Chocolate Chips We love the Guittard brand, but any would work or omit them altogether.


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
  • Combine egg, peanut butter, sugar. Stir together until you have a sticky dough with no clumps.
  • Add chocolate chips. You can stir in half and then add the other half to the tops of cookies once they are out of the oven and still warm on top.
  • Cook at 350 F for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
