In a large skillet heat the olive oil on medium high heat. Add ground turkey, onion and red bell pepper, season with a sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until ground turkey is cooked through and onion is translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Meanwhile, add chicken broth and pumpkin to a slow cooker and whisk to combine. Stir in tomatoes, beans and spices.
Add cooked ground turkey mixture to the slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve with sour cream, cheese, chives or any other favorite chili toppings, if desired.
