Mexican Fruit Salad

  • 2 medium green apples peeled and cubed
  • 1 large Mango a little unripe, cubed
  • 1 Anaheim Pepper chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • Hot Sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste


  • Prepare apples, mango and pepper. Mix together, top with lime, hot sauce, and salt to taste. stir.
    Eat immediately. This go well as a side salad or a garnish with other Mexican dishes.
