  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cup Sour Cream


  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan and whisk in the flour until it's smooth to create a roux.
  • Whisk milk and seasoned salt and garlic salt into mixture.
  • Simmer and stir over low heat until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Add sour cream all at once and blend. 
  • Heat sauce to serving temperature over the stove or in a crock pot. 
  • Serve this sauce with cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, or potatoes.
