Rice Milk

Vegetable or Canola Oil

white sugar

baking powder

salt

Instructions
Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in a large bowl by hand or with a small hand mixer. Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray. I like to use olive oil spray. Our mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown and serve hot.
