- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 C ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 small container of zero fat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 handful of frozen mango chunks
- 1 mandarin orange
- 1 handful of spinach
- optional: cashews if you are looking to add good fats to your smoothie I like to add about 8 or so.
