Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 20 g sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 160 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g sour cream

Instructions

  • Separate egg from whites (4 eggs)
  • Beat whites with 50g Powdered Sugar
  • Separate bowl whisk eggs with 20 grams sugar
  • Melt 30 grams butter with 160 grams chocolate medium low
  • Mix yolks and chocolate
  • add sour cream
  • carefully fold in whites to chocolate
  • refrigerate 5 hours minimum in containers
