Instructions
Separate egg from whites (4 eggs)
Beat whites with 50g Powdered Sugar
Separate bowl whisk eggs with 20 grams sugar
Melt 30 grams butter with 160 grams chocolate medium low
Mix yolks and chocolate
add sour cream
carefully fold in whites to chocolate
refrigerate 5 hours minimum in containers
