Cauliflower Fried Rice ?

Instructions

  • Cook Protein first (i.e. Chicken or sprouted tofu)
  • Sauté vegetables in large pan, add some soy sauce but go easy
  • Prepare 24 oz Cauliflower Rice according to the package
  • Add rice and protein to pan and push to the side to cook egg whites
  • Add more soy sauce, stir together and enjoy!
