Ingredients
2Tbspfresh lime juicefresh
1cupfresh pineapplefrozen works too
1cupfrozen mango
¼cupcoconut water
1cupice cubes
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.
Rim the glasses by cutting a lime edge and moisten the rim with the juice of the lime. Then place the glass down-side into sugar, salt or any granulated sweetener.
Pour the mocktail into two glasses. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
I chose to use coconut water due to its hydrating properties, but using filtered water is okay.
Decore the glasses with lime slices, pineapple slices or mint leaves to get a fancy mocktail.
Add 4 oz of rum to enjoy a daiquiri or tequila if you prefer margaritas.
