  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Non-stick Spray

Instructions

  • Wash potatoes.

  • Pat the potato wedges dry and lay out on a cookie sheet.
  • Spray with nonstick spray or drizzle with oil.
