Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 C Coconut Flour

Instructions

  • Place all of the eggs in a medium bowl and beat well.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix using a hand mixer until no lumps remain.
  • Use a heaping 1⁄4 cup for each pancake and cook for about 3 minutes on one side, flip,
    and cook for about another minute or until the pancake is cooked through.
  • Serve with keto syrup and a pat of butter. Enjoy!
