- 1 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- ½ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper.
Place peanut butter in large mixing bowl.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Don’t over mix. It will be thick.
Roll the sticky cookie dough into one-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet. Use a fork to press them flat.
Bake for 8-10 minutes then let them cool on the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
