Chocolate Protein Muffins

These chocolate protein muffins make the perfect meal or snack to get you through the day. They are gluten free, dairy free, eggless and low in sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder heaping cup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted to liquid
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Place the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients on top.
  • Mix Well. (Batter will be thick)
  • Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and divide the batter equally into 6 muffin cavities.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin tins.
  • Store in airtight container.

Notes

***You can freeze these muffins and take them out an hour before eating to get to room temperature.
