Ingredients
6stripsApplewood smoked baconcooked & diced
1/4largered oniondiced
1/4 CApple Cider Vinegar
1tspkosher salt
2-3cloves garlic minced

Prepare bacon. I like to make mine nice and crispy by using a microwave safe plate, lining it with paper towels and cooking it at 2-3 intervals until I get the it to the crispy level I desire. chop bacon
Dice red onion, combine bacon, apple cider vinegar, salt, and garlic. To save time I like to use prepared garlic (about 1-2 tsp full.)
Combine. Enjoy! This can be eaten on top of any meat to add a special zing!
