Roasted brussels sprouts

Easy and delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts, and remove yellowing leaves from the outside and cut each sprout in half the long way. Put the sprouts in a large bowl, and toss with the oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Add the sprouts onto a cooking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally to brown the vegetables evenly, until crisp on the outside and tender within. Add additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately
