Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 C greek yogurt plain
  • 2.3 C Almond Milk or any other milk
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • Salt to taste about a pinch
  • Optional toppings: Get creative!
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana
  • 1/2 T Hershey's dark chocolate
  • 1 T powdered peanut butter
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Cinnamon Apple Walnut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C dried apples
  • 1/4 C walnut

Instructions

  • combine ingredients, let the oats soak for at least 4 hours per instructions. Add toppings enjoy.
