Easy gluten free blueberry muffins are light and airy and loaded with blueberries. They come together quick and make the perfect meal or snack.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12-cup average size muffin tin and set aside.

Step 2 : In a large bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and using a hand mixer, mix well.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, except the blueberries, and whisk together well.
