– 2 lbs lean ground beef – 1 large onion diced – 2 minced garlic cloves – 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 2 10 3/4 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup – 2 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables carrots, peas, corn and green beans – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 32 oz bag of frozen tater tots – salt and pepper to taste
