Non-College Ramen

This recipe may take you back to your college days, but I found it to be amazing!  I wish I knew these tricks to spruce up traditional ramen noodles.  This originally aired on my cooking show, Horlacher & Walker.

  • Ramen Noodles Mama brand if you can find it
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • Veggies bok choy, onion, carrot, green onion or similar
  • 1 egg
  • oil
