It is no secret that I am a huge fan of all things Halloween: skeletons, pumpkins, crisp air, falling leaves, warm soup and celebrating my anniversary with my honey make it my favorite time of the year. Each year I add a little bit of décor to my ever growing stash and this year I finally got it…life size skeletons to hang from my roof. We ordered ours from Amazon just a couple of weeks ago, you can find them HERE. The price has shot up considerably since Halloween is right around the corner. We paid about $60 per skeleton and because it is almost Halloween the price is almost double that. You may want to wait until the season is over to buy them next year. I found this idea originally on pinterest and have been obsessed with doing it myself ever since.
This is a mixture of things I have gathered over the years. The crows are from the dollar store, the gravestone is one I bought from Walmart on clearance at the end of the year last year.
I scored this adorable bench at a garage sale for $20! The pillows can be found at IKEA for only $12.99 per cushion.
Costco wreath, I can’t remember how much I bought this for but I love the wreaths they have available at Costco, always great quality.
I found this spider at a tent sale this Summer at Tai Pan. Don’t be afraid to shop for the holidays during the Summer! It feels strange, but it saves so much money.

I hope you enjoyed a short tour of our “spooky” Halloween porch. The kids love it, although they do look slightly traumatized from the looks of this picture!
Happy Hauntings!
