My daughter loves pugs! If she’s having a grumpy moment I just have to pull up a picture of a wrinkly pug and her day is made. She has a few stuffed animal pugs that go everywhere with her. Here she is sleeping the other night surrounded by her pugs (and a few other dogs she calls pugs…)The funniest part of all of this, is she is terrified of dogs in real life!
Anyway, I decided she needed some adorable pug valentines to hand our to her friends this year and I’m so excited to share with you what we made because these are all free printables! So you can make pug valentines for the pug lover in your life.
All you have to do is download the printables by clicking the links below.
Pug Valentines Printables
Pugs and Kisses Valentine bag topper
First start out by punching out the pug shapes for the Hershey’s hugs and kisses. I used this 7/8 inch circular punch. Then use glue dots to add the circles to the bottom of the kisses.
Then cut out your valentines and write your name in the from section on the back and then fold and staple onto bags. Any 4 inch bag will work, but I personally love these Wilton Party Bags. They are too tall so I cut them to the right size and then they are perfect. I love that I can make them smaller so I don’t have to add as many treats to the bag to make them look full. I also think they look a little better than zip lock bags, but it really is up to you.
Then you’re all set! These are perfect to hand out at school or to give to family and friends that love pugs.
