I am a huge fan of freezer meal recipes. A few months before I had my son I made 25 freezer meals to use after he was born. Well, the last month of my pregnancy I had such bad back pain that I could barely walk and we ended up using a bunch of them before he even made his entrance into this world. I am so glad I had them though because they made it so easy to still feed my family healthy meals without having to walk around. The time I spent making them was so worth it! Your future self will thank you for having some freezer meals ready to go!
One thing you might want have when making freezer meals are these baggy clip holders. I actually don’t own them, so you don’t have to have them when you make freezer meals, but I am buying them and making sure I have them handy for the next time I make freezer meals. You will save a ton of time and messes with these!
You’ll also want to have gallon size freezer bags ready.
