There are a few smells that can instantly take me back to my childhood and the smell of Play-Doh is one of them.  I like to make my own play-doh for my kids, but sometimes you have to buy some because there is nothing quite like opening a brand new container of fresh, soft Play-Doh.

I have made some alphabet Play-Doh mat printables that are completely free to you! Just download and print from your computer. You can laminate the papers if you would like so your kid can play with Play-Doh on them, or you can do what I do and slip them into clear plastic sheet protectors! It’s much cheaper that way. For more fun with your play doh check out this list of play doh tools you already have in your house.

Each letter has the upper case and lower case letter and a picture of something that starts with that same letter. It’s a fun way to practice letters and sounds with your kids as they make each letter out of Play-Doh. Just click on the links below for your free printable. Have fun!

  • This is a great idea. Unfortunately, I’m only able to click/print letters A – H , letter I – Z are not clickable. Please advise.
