I used to love ranch dressing. Okay, I still do, but I have come to love a good vinaigrette dressing. They are much better for you than creamy dressings and making your own helps cut out excess salt and sugar and preservatives. I especially love that with a tangy vinaigrette a little goes a long way. Learn to love the flavor of your veggies instead of drowning them in ranch!
