Rice Milk Waffle Recipe

These Rice Milk Waffles are a delicious way to enjoy breakfast dairy milk free.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C All purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 C Rice Milk
  • 1/2 C Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1 tblspoon white sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in a large bowl by hand or with a small hand mixer. Beat eggs until fluffy. 
  • Add flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  • Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray. I like to use olive oil spray. Our mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown and serve hot.
