Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 C ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 small container of zero fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 handful of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 mandarin orange
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • optional: cashews if you are looking to add good fats to your smoothie I like to add about 8 or so.
