Mexican Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 2 medium green apples peeled and cubed
- 1 large Mango a little unripe, cubed
- 1 Anaheim Pepper chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare apples, mango and pepper. Mix together, top with lime, hot sauce, and salt to taste. stir.Eat immediately. This go well as a side salad or a garnish with other Mexican dishes.
