The first question you need to ask yourself is what position you feel most comfortable sleeping in. I generally tend to sleep on one side and then another, but chances are you, like me, are not sleeping in one position all night long. That is one of the things that I enjoy most about the hybrid mattress is that it is designed to support and align your back no matter what position you may be in. Back Sleepers:
Typically a back sleeper will need a firmer mattress. This can be a preference situation, but medium to firm mattresses are best.
Stomach Sleepers:

Side Sleepers:

One of the biggest benefits of the Voila mattress to me is that is reduces the amount of shaking so much when my husband changes his sleeping position in the middle of the night. He is 6’6″ and if we are sharing a mattress that doesn’t have good movement absorption my night can be ruined. Recently we had a weekend away at a family cabin and we slept on an air mattress together. No matter what sleep position you choose, make sure that your ears, shoulders, and hips are in alignment. This will provide you with the best support and keep your body feeling good in the morning! My husband and I both like to sleep with a pillow in between our knees while we are sleeping on our sides to help with the alignment as well.
