Low Carb Pizza Crust

Prep Time 8 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 C shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 C almond flour
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Servings / 2 carbs per serving / total time 20 mins


  1. Melt together both cheeses and mix (15-30 seconds at a time in microwave or over the stove on low)
  2. Mix well
  3. Grease pan, spread dough about 1/2" thick
  4. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Top with favorite low-carb toppings, warm & enjoy!
